It was such a difficult time. There were so many decisions to be made and I had to get this one right. I knew immediately that Yearling Board and Care was the right place for my aunt and family. Isabel and her family were welcoming and informational. The yard was well-kept. The house was clean and inviting. And, to be honest, I just really liked the light in my aunt's room and the sliding door access to the backyard. I knew she would be happy there.

I also appreciated their attention to detail. On the evening before my aunt moved in, I mentioned that she liked ginger ale and coffee with cream. When I returned the next morning, I found Laurence had already served her coffee with cream and there were cans of ginger ale on the kitchen counter. Isabel also noticed that my aunt's birthday was in a few weeks and was excited to celebrate.

When the end was near, Isabel and Laurence were honest and accommodating. They really made it so that my family and I could spend time with my aunt and say our goodbyes without having to worry about anything else.

Yearling Board and Care was exactly what we needed. I'm so grateful for Isabel and Laurence.
